There’s a lot of misinformation on how to prepare before you play. Despite the “advice” you may have received: shower attachments, hours of cleansing and jumping jacks are not part of the solution.

We want your bottom ready for any intimate moment. Here’s the easy way to use the Future Method Disposable Cleansing Solution + Bulb, straight from our Experts.

1. Use the bathroom to get rid of any possible feces present.
2. Clean your Future Method bulb and tip with warm water and soap.
3. Assemble the bulb and tip, then draw the Future Method solution into the bulb (roughly half the pouch).
4. After applying lube to the bulb tip, slowly insert inside your bum. The best position is to be standing up (what some people call The Captain Morgan) with one foot resting on either your toilet or the edge of your bathtub. Gently squeeze the bulb, allowing all of the liquid to flow inside you.
5. Before releasing pressure from the bulb, remove both the bulb and tip, and then expel the solution into the toilet. If needed, repeat this process using the rest of the pouch contents until the solution runs clear when expelled and if desired, a second pouch may be used.
